# Claim Your Organization

> Step-by-step guide to setting up your payout method

This guide walks you through the claiming process in detail. If you haven't already, read our [overview for nonprofits](/organizations/getting-started/understanding-endaoment) to understand how Endaoment works.

## Starting Your Claim

To begin, have an authorized officer or representative complete the [Endaoment Claim Form](https://endaoment.typeform.com/wireclaim).

You can also start from your organization's profile page:

1. Go to `app.endaoment.org/orgs/YOUR-EIN`
2. Click **"Is this your organization?"**
3. Follow the prompts to complete your claim

## Provide Your Payout Details

During the claim process, you'll provide the banking details Endaoment should use to send grant funds to your organization.

### USD via ACH

Funds are deposited directly to your organization's bank account.

**What you'll need:**

* Organization's legal name and EIN
* Bank account details (checking or savings)
* ACH routing number

  Use your bank's **ACH routing number**, not the ABA/wire routing number. These are often different. Contact your bank if you're unsure which number to use.

**Timeline:** Approved payouts arrive within 2–3 business days.

  You do not need any crypto knowledge to receive funds via ACH.
</Info>

## After You Submit

Once you've completed the claim form:

1. **Review period** — Our team reviews your submission and verifies your authorization (typically 1–2 business days)
2. **Approval notification** — You'll receive an email confirming your claim is approved
3. **Ready to receive** — Future grants to your organization will be paid out to your approved bank account

### What Happens When You Receive a Grant

When a donor recommends a grant to your organization:

| Grant recommended | Donor completes their recommendation    | Immediate                        |
| Processing        | We convert assets and conduct diligence | 1–3 business days                |
| Payout initiated  | Funds sent to your claimed account      | Same day as processing completes |
| Funds arrive      | ACH: 2–3 business days                  | Depends on bank processing       |

Your designated contact receives email notifications at each step.

## Updating Your Claim

Need to change your banking details? Contact us at [info@endaoment.org](mailto:info@endaoment.org) with:

* Your organization's name and EIN
* The change you're requesting
* Verification that you're an authorized representative

We'll guide you through the update process.
