My donation is still processing. When will it be deposited?

In order to comply with US regulations, processing a donation happens across several different transactions, each of which must be successfully mined in order to complete the transaction.

Please be patient as these successive transactions are made, but feel free to get in touch if you're concerned.

My donation failed, but I haven't gotten any money back. What happened?

We comb through any failed donations often and manually return any un-processed donations to the wallet that originally donated the tokens.

While this process occurs regularly, we understand that your situation may require some expediency. Please feel free to get in touch if that's the case.

I can't find a nonprofit organization, what should I do?

Some orgs have different names registered with the government than the name they do business under. If you know the organization's EIN # you can always navigate to it by visiting:

app.endaoment.org/orgs/###EIN###

If you do not know the organization's EIN # you can look it up on the IRS's Tax Exempt Organization Search.

The token I want to donate isn't showing up.

We support most tokens with a Uniswap exchange contract.

My grant recommendation is "In Review," when will it be approved?

We typically review grants within one business day for organizations which we've previously approved a donation.

If you're the first to donate to an organization, our team will conduct Due Diligence to confirm the standing of the organization, after which your grant may be processed.
