This guide walks you through the claiming process in detail. If you haven’t already, read our overview for nonprofits to understand how Endaoment works.

Starting Your Claim

To begin, have an authorized officer or representative complete the Endaoment Claim Form. You can also start from your organization’s profile page:
  1. Go to app.endaoment.org/orgs/YOUR-EIN
  2. Click “Is this your organization?”
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your claim
Review our Verification Policy to understand the criteria for claiming.

Choose Your Payout Method

During the claim process, you’ll select how your organization receives funds. There are two options: Most nonprofits choose this option. Funds are deposited directly to your organization’s bank account. What you’ll need:
  • Organization’s legal name and EIN
  • Bank account details (checking or savings)
  • ACH routing number
Use your bank’s ACH routing number, not the ABA/wire routing number. These are often different. Contact your bank if you’re unsure which number to use.
Timeline: Approved payouts arrive within 2–3 business days.
You do not need an Ethereum wallet or any crypto knowledge to receive USD via ACH.

Option 2: USDC via Wallet

For organizations that prefer to receive funds as USDC (a dollar-pegged stablecoin), you can provide an Ethereum wallet address or centralized exchange (CEX) deposit address. What you’ll need:
  • Organization’s legal name and EIN
  • Ethereum wallet address or CEX deposit address
  • Authorized representative’s identity verification
Wallet claims require additional identity verification. Our team will contact you after submission to complete this process.
Timeline: After verification, USDC transfers are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
